Residential Tire Requests

One of the primary goals of NEMMC is, source reduction. Abandoned tires often become a habitat for container breeding mosquitoes. This increases the potential for mosquito-borne diseases in the surrounding area. Removing tires not only reduces potential mosquito breeding habitats, but it also helps keep the environment clean. NEMMC will pick up unwanted tires from residents in participating municipalities. Click here to request a tire collection. 

 2022/2023 Residential Tire Collection Requirements 

Must be a resident within our member communities  

Passenger and light truck tires only (No rims allowed) 

Maximum of 10 tires per household per program 

Tires accepted as part of this program must be left curb side 

NEMMC is subject to reject tires or end this program early without notice.
