Mosquitoes and COVID-19 Concerns

Mosquitoes and COVID-19 Concerns:

At this time, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has no data to suggest that this new coronavirus or other similar coronaviruses are spread by mosquitoes or ticks. The main way that COVID-19 spreads is from person to person. Please follow this CDC link on How Coronavirus Spreads for more information.  However, due to a number of other mosquito and tick borne illnesses that are present, persons recreating outdoors should use CDC approved repellants and practice personal protection to prevent mosquito and tick bites during the season.
